Your New Year's Resolution This Year





New Year is a time for making a resolution and some changes in life. It comes with a start to begin again the countdown whether you will achieve your goal as planned the previous year. Each resolution is a step to improve your life, so needless to say that only you are responsible for its success or failure.

If you have failed then point out those reasons, count them as your weaknesses then again make new resolution and start afresh. No need to have guilt. Everyone has one or another weakness that sets failure in life. But failure teaches us and learning from it is a matter of courage.

Recently I got data in my hand that were saying that each year millions of Americans make a resolution however only 8% of them achieve their New Year’s Resolutions which clearly states that humans need a strong determination. 

Let’s us start this 2017 with the best achievable resolution and work with patient for the whole year without any fear in mind that you can fail.

The word “Failure” is a big catch. It holds your whole energy and checks your mental energy so don’t allow this to catch you in. Success is the most buzzing word in mind so tell yourself each day that you will do your best to make the day better.  

Start your day with a smile and be sure that you will eat your breakfast on time i.e. within two hours of leaving your bed. You will keep yourself hydrated. You will keep your weight under control. You will walk at least 10,000 steps in a day that certainly requires you to go for a walk in the morning, evening or before the bed time.

Such small changes can easily be achieved and soon you can have its best fruitful results that you will sleep well, become healthy and work with better energy. Your life always needs your support, your start up and the rest is left for the best.

The unfortunate truth of our life is that each one of us puts our blame on others, no one tries to own blame and find a solution as to figure out how a situation started, reached to a level to become a trouble and finally how it can be easily closed.

The moment you start a day with a clear idea that life is full of troubles and escape can’t lead you anywhere then it is the moment from where you need to start a resolution and own your responsibility to nip in the bud before it can show you its ugly face of a big trouble.

Your health is one measure that needs the nip in the bud. But you first feed yourself with anything spoil your health and then look for a doctor who pushes you to a dietitian due to your overweight. Overweight is the root of all evils in your body. Keep your body clean detox it before it creates a problem.

Sleep on time. Half of the world has become an owl. They are insomniac. They are unhealthy within their minds as they are thinking even when they must sleep. They are soon going to be sick mentally, physically and emotionally too.

Help yourself and start your 2017 with small resolutions and fetch yourself to beginning a fresh life. Cheers!!!
